Symbol Dynamics provides free e-mail based technical support for EXP for questions that are not readily answered by the information resources listed in the Self Help section.

Symbol Dynamics does NOT answer the following types of questions:

Questions about versions of EXP prior to EXP 5.1, which were sold by a different company.
Questions that are plainly answered by the information resources listed in the Self Help section.
Questions about using EXP with third-party software, including Adobe Acrobat. For information about using EXP with Adobe Acrobat, read this FAQ.
General questions about using Microsoft Windows, except as they apply to EXP.
Questions about installing and using LaTeX.
