Important: Your message must begin with the following information:

Name: Your full name
EXP Version: The version of EXP you are using.
Windows Version: The version of Microsoft Windows you are using.
Serial Number or Authorization Code: Your EXP 6.1 Serial Number or your EXP 6.0 Authorization Code. Your serial number or authorization code is displayed in EXP's About Box. Choose "About EXP" from EXP's Help menu.
